Mahora Te Aroha: The Buildings in the Village

Mahora Te Aroha provides a total of 29 homes with 50 bedrooms. This includes 14 one-bedroom homes, 9 two-bedroom homes and 6 three-bedroom homes. We know that a mix of home sizes is the key to getting a diverse and respectful micro-community.

There are six buildings in the Mahora Te Aroha village:

  1. Along Onepu Road, Te Kete Atawhai (the basket of kindness) holds a ground floor commercial space/flexispace and 2 one-bedroom homes on top, 52 sqm in size, each with their own entrance and balcony looking out to the hills.
