Yazmin Juned

Yazmin brings more than 20 years experience in law, housing and urban development to Dwell. Yazmin started out as a resource management lawyer in the UK before moving to Aotearoa where she specialised in public law. More recently, she spent 11 years implementing system reform at Housing New Zealand and Kainga Ora. Projects included implementing Residential Tenancies Act and income-related rent reforms, the Tamaki stock transfer and the establishment of an urban development authority.

Yazmin is currently General Counsel at Te Pataka Whaioranga / Pharmac. She holds an MA in Land Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Yazmin is a qualified programme manager and admitted as a solicitor in both Aotearoa and England.

Yazmin joined the board of Dwell in 2023.
