Elizabeth Lester

Chief Executive

Elizabeth is Dwell’s new chief executive and is responsible for its day-to-day management and the implementation of Dwell’s business and strategic plans.

Elizabeth most recently led the NZ Railways Staff Welfare Trust (a charitable trust with a sizeable property portfolio) and has a background in commercial property. She has also served in various governance roles in the not-for-profit sector including the Wellington Women’s House and is currently the Chair of Mercy Villas Wellington, another affordable housing provider.

Elizabeth is passionate about housing and serving the community and loves what Dwell does for Wellington and its people.
