Mahora Te Aroha: Architect’s Design Statement and Building Plans

Our talented architects, Novak + Middleton, designed a vibrant community village that fosters a sense of safety and encourages residents to connect and build relationships. Our builders, Wilson Commercial, prioritised sustainability by using durable materials that require minimal upkeep, all while ensuring the aesthetic harmonises with the surrounding urban landscape of Kilbirnie. Part two of the project was completed six months ahead of schedule and well under budget, thanks to the expertise and collaboration of all our contractors.
