November 2014 - 10th annual tenant survey completed and we are overwhelmed by the results

This year our organisation ran our 10th tenant survey, yes we have been doing tenant surveys since 2005. We undertake the surveys to gather feedback from tenants to help us evaluate and improve the services we provide.

This year the response to our question "I am happy with the service I receive from Dwell" was overwhelming. We are blown away that 100% of the people who live in our homes said they either Strongly Agreed or Agreed with this statement. A fantastic result we are very proud of.

The other purpose of our surveys is to gather information on our tenants needs and aspirations and the condition of our homes. The input from the people who use our services and live in our homes is so valuable to us.
