June 2019 - Mahora housing project opening

On 19 June the Dwell colours were flying high as we had a formal opening of our Mahora project. Our 14 quality, healthy homes were on show and joining us in the celebration was Minister of Housing and Urban Development Hon Phil Twyford, local MP Paul Eagle, Wellington City Councillor Brian Dawson. Along with builders Wilson Building Ltd, architects Novak+Middleton plus all the project’s stakeholders, many of Dwell’s supporters and the brilliant Dwell team. People who have a heart for people in housing need.

Our Patron Judge Peter Boshier and CE Alison Cadman highlighted this successful project which has been completed on time and within budget. Their message was clear – Dwell is a developer of affordable housing and its ready and willing to do more to house people in need.
